Natasha Ainsley-Thomas

Founder | CEO | Coach

Natasha Ainsley-Thomas, originally from England and now based in Raleigh, holds a degree in Sports Performance and Psychology and a Master’s in Sports Administration from NCCU. A former collegiate golfer with over 20 top-ten finishes, multiple GLVC All-Conference honors, and the Blue Cross Blue Shield DAWN NCCU Athletics Award, she founded Carolina ForeHER to inspire and connect women through golf.

Justine Fournard

Program Coordinator | Golf Coach

Justine Fournand, originally from France and now based in Chapel Hill, is a psychology graduate from Ole Miss and a former collegiate golfer with five career wins, including the prestigious Landfall Tradition. A five-time WGCA All-American Scholar and the 2020-21 C-USA Golfer of the Year, she represented France on the national team and achieved a world ranking of 93 while setting multiple program records.

Sydney Naro

Golf Coach

Sydney Naro, originally from Toronto, Canada, and now based in Raleigh, NC, has been playing golf since age 10. She competed at both Michigan State University and Northern Illinois University, where she earned a degree in Political Science and an MBA. A three-time WGCA All-American Scholar, Sydney recorded several top-10 finishes and won the 2023 Falcon Florida Classic with a 10-under 206, the best 54-hole individual score in NIU history. Outside of golf, she enjoys running, pickleball, reading, meeting new people, trying new foods, and traveling.
