Membership, Programs & Refund Policy


All Carolina ForeHER purchases are non-refundable unless a refund request is made within the timeframes outlined below. We strive to be flexible and fair, while maintaining the integrity of our small-group programs and events.

In the event of bad weather, sessions will be rescheduled or transferred, not refunded.
By purchasing a membership, registering for an event, or participating in any of our services, you agree to the following terms:


Memberships

Memberships are billed according to their selected plan type. You may cancel at any time by emailing admin@golforeher.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; we do not issue refunds for partial periods.

Members Plus (Annual Membership):
Members Plus is billed annually. All sales are final and non-refundable once purchased. Your membership will remain active for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be renewed at the end of the term if desired.

Members Pro (Monthly Membership):
Members Pro is billed monthly and requires a 3-month minimum commitment to ensure consistent coaching and measurable progress. After the initial 3-month period, the membership automatically continues on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.

Pause Requests:
You may pause your Members Pro membership at any time by emailing admin@golforeher.com. We’ll manually adjust your account for the requested pause period.

Memberships are non-transferable, and benefits vary by tier based on schedule, location, and availability.


Workshops

Refund requests for workshops must be made within seven (7) days of the start of the first scheduled session. After that period, refunds are not available unless Carolina ForeHER cancels the program.

If there are not enough participants registered to run a workshop, you will be offered the option to:

If you cannot attend a workshop session, you may request to join a comparable session at another location. Requests must be made in advance and are subject to space availability.
Missed sessions or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.


Classes

Refund requests for single-session classes must be made within three (3) days of the class date. After that, refunds are not available unless Carolina ForeHER cancels the session.

If a class is canceled due to weather or low enrollment, you may choose to receive a refund or transfer to another available date.


Events & Clinics

Refunds for events are available only if requested at least seven (7) days before the event date. Within seven days, refunds are not available, though you may transfer your registration to another available session if space allows.

If Carolina ForeHER cancels an event, you will receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future event.


Lessons

All private lesson sales are final. Refunds are not typically issued, but if you need to reschedule, we’re happy to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice to reschedule without forfeiting your session.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice) will result in the lesson being counted as completed.


Weather & Facility Closures

If a session or event is canceled due to inclement weather or facility issues, you will be notified by email or text. The session will be rescheduled or credited, not refunded, unless the entire program is canceled.


Club Rentals

Our monthly club rental program is $35/month and continues until canceled.
To cancel, email admin@golforeher.com and return the clubs in person to a Carolina ForeHER representative.
Billing ends only once the clubs are returned. Lost or damaged clubs may incur a replacement fee.


Merchandise

All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact admin@golforeher.com within seven (7) days of delivery for assistance.


Digital Products

Digital purchases, such as downloads or online lesson tools, are non-refundable. Please confirm compatibility before purchasing.


Payment Processing & Disputes

Processing and service fees are non-refundable.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at admin@golforeher.com before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.


Changes & Substitutions

Carolina ForeHER reserves the right to adjust schedules, substitute instructors, or change locations when necessary. Your enrollment remains valid under these conditions.
